"User/passenger/rider" means a person who has signed up and is registered with OdaabO Cabs for the use or potential use of the Service.
"Driver/Partner" means the person who provides the ride to the User.
"Vehicle/Car/Cab/Taxi" means a vehicle that is owned and/or driven by a Partner to provide the ride or to provide other services.
PURPOSES TO STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
1. The Information We Collect - Information You Provide
OdaabO collects a variety of information that you provide directly to us for the optimization of website & App. Account registration and administration of your OdaabO account, Uploads or posts to the Services, Customer support and technical assistance and application software updates, Newsletter subscriptions, Access to OdaabO services on social networks or third party services, Services provided online, by way of your mobile device or the OdaabO software; and Other uses of the Services where information is requested for use and/or participation.
The specific types of information collected will depend upon the informations you provide, and it may include your full name, email address, mobile number, information about your car, and zip code. In addition, in certain instances the browser may prompt you for your geo-location to allow us to provide you with an enhanced experience. With this technical data our website administrators can manage the Website, for instance by resolving technical difficulties or improving the accessibility of certain parts of the Website. This way, we ensure that you can (continue to) find the information on the Website in a quick and simple manner. Our web/mobile services required Wi-Fi/Mobile Data network access to get our service and/or to work our software smoothly.
OPTIMIZATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
When you request transportation via your use of the APP, the Website or through the Customer Care (The CC) through a phone number - 44114408/50040256, we provide your first name or last name to the Driver/Partner who accepts your request for transportation so that the Driver may contact and find you.
TELEPHONE NUMBER AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
If you have requested a ride through the Website, the APP or the CC; from the time that your ride request is accepted by the Driver, until you reach your destination, you and the Driver will have the ability to contact each other, via the mobile phone used to request the ride. During that time, we will send you sms & driver info will be available on the APP on your mobile phone to let you know if the Driver is on his way to your location and again when he has arrived at your location.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DETAILS
We may not employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate or provide the Service on our behalf, to process payment, provide customer support, provide geo-location information to our Drivers, to perform Website-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Website's features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. We employed Our own staff to access to your personal information only to perform the above tasks not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Your odaabo profile is password-protected so that only you and autorized odaabo employees have access to your account information. OdaabO staff will never proactively reachout to you and ask for any personal account information, including your password.

Websites When you use our websites, we may collect and analyze information such as your IP address, browser types, operating system, the date and time you used the Services and other similar information. Mobile Software Applications When you use a OdaabO mobile application we may automatically receive certain information about your mobile device and use of the application, including a mobile device identifier (e.g., a UDID or IDFA on Apple products like the iPhone and iPad), operating system, version, and other similar information, such as time spent in different portions of the OdaabO mobile application. We may also collect different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g.,
IP address) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based functionality on mobile devices used to access the Services), as detailed further below.
Desktop Software Applications
Our desktop software and cloud [storage] services may automatically send data about usage of the service or the software when it connects to the Internet. This information will include information about your computer such as operating system, technical specifications, IP address, and data related to your use of the service or the software on the computer.
When you install our mobile applications, you will be asked to grant access to your mobile device’s geolocation data. If you grant such permission, we may collect information about your precise geolocation information (i.e., your real-time geographic location), and may use that information to customize the Services with location-based information and features. OdaabO based on your settings on the third party network or platform. Your agreement takes place when you connect with the third party network, platform, or service via our Services, and/or when you connect with one of our applications through one of these services.
Referral Scheme T&C
1. The free ride coupons are applicable on OdaabO GO, OdaabO X, Prime rides only.
2. Anyone who signs-up a referral code will get a coupon worth the value of the referral program at the time of sign-up. These values may change if our referral program changes during the sign-up.
3. You too will receive free ride coupons depending on the referral program that is running when your friend signs-up once he/she completes the first ride.
4. When you sign-up with a referral code, you earn a first ride coupon. The coupon will expire if not applied on the first ride.
5. When your friend signs up with your ref code and takes the first ride, you earn a coupon worth 10 QAR, which can be applied on any ride before the coupon expires.
6. If your bill amount is less than your coupon amount, your free ride coupon will be fully used.
7. OdaabO reserves the right to revoke the free ride coupons or suspend your account at any time if we feel that the account is being misused or that our referral program is being violets.
8. No refund, either in the form of coupons or OdaabO Money, will be issued for free ride coupons.
9. OdaabO reserves the right to change the referral scheme at any time.
10. Multiple accounts with your email address, fake email IDs, manipulated devices, usage of fake locations , jail broken devices or an equivalent of that is a violation of our policy and can render your account invalid for any referral, promotional scheme or usage of our service.
